Terms & Condition

1. *Payment:* Production commences upon receipt of full payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

2. *Print Ready Files:* “Print ready files” refer to digital files that meet our specified requirements for printing. These files must be provided by the customer in the appropriate format and resolution. Coastal Media Co is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in print caused by improperly prepared files.

3. *Turnaround Time:* The approximate turnaround time for print-ready items is 48 hours from the time of receipt of payment and approved print-ready files. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Customers will be informed of any delays beyond the estimated turnaround time.

4. *Receipt of Finished Goods:* Finished goods can be shipped to the provided address or picked up from our designated location, as selected by the customer during the ordering process. Coastal Media Co is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during shipping. Customers opting for pick-up must collect their goods within the specified timeframe.

5. *Price Includes:* The quoted price includes the cost of printing services as specified in the order. Additional charges may apply for expedited production, shipping, design services, or any requested alterations after the order has been confirmed. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

6. *Cancellation and Refunds:* Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus any applicable fees. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted, and refunds will not be provided. In the event of a printing error caused by Coastal Media Co, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or provide a refund, at our discretion.

7. *Quality Assurance:* Coastal Media Co strives to deliver high-quality printed materials. However, slight variations in color, cutting, and finishing may occur due to the nature of the printing process. We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and will address any concerns regarding the quality of our products promptly.

8. *Intellectual Property:* By submitting print-ready files to Coastal Media Co, the customer warrants that they have the legal right to use and reproduce the content contained therein. Coastal Media Co assumes no responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the use of submitted materials.

9. *Limitation of Liability:* Coastal Media Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our printing services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. *Acceptance of Terms:* By placing an order with Coastal Media Co, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
